01 當(dāng)客戶問產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量如何? 外貿(mào)小白: The Quality of our product is absolutely the best in the market. 產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量是市場(chǎng)上最好的。 外貿(mào)高手: 1.The Quality of the products is what you ending up seeing with your own eyes, before we cooperate, no matter how much l praise our Quality, that's something that hasn't happened yet. 產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量最終還是要靠您親眼所見。在我們合作之前,無論我們?nèi)绾慰滟澁a(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,那都只是尚未證實(shí)的說辭。 2.Next you can use it to see, what you see and use in person is true. 接下來您可以用一段時(shí)間看看,您親眼所見和親身體驗(yàn)才是真的。 02 當(dāng)客戶說價(jià)格太貴 外貿(mào)小白: This is last price. 我的報(bào)價(jià)已經(jīng)是最低的了。 外貿(mào)高手: 3.Could you please advise your budget?So we can see if there is any other solutions for you. 能否告知你的預(yù)算,我看看還有沒有其他方案。 4.You can always find the lower price but quality is definitely different. 你永遠(yuǎn)可以找到更低的價(jià)格,但質(zhì)量肯定不一樣。 5.Besides price, what other reasons do you have for not moving forward with this currently? 我完全了解你的意思,但除卻價(jià)格,還有其他因素影響到這個(gè)訂單的進(jìn)展嗎? 6.Different prices represent different qualities. Expensive goods may not suit you, but cheap ones may not be good enough. What suits you best is what matters. 不同的價(jià)格代表不同的品質(zhì)。貴的可能不適合你,便宜的也不一定好,適合你的才是重要的。 03 當(dāng)無法給客戶再降價(jià)時(shí) 外貿(mào)小白: I'm sorry, but the price can't be lower. 抱歉,價(jià)格不能再低了。 外貿(mào)高手: 7.As you know the market is so competitive, we won't give you higher price. We look forward to long-term cooperation. 如您所知,現(xiàn)在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)這么激烈,我們不會(huì)報(bào)給您高于市場(chǎng)價(jià)的價(jià)格,因?yàn)槲覀兿M軌蜷L(zhǎng)期合作。 8.Value-for-money means considering service,details, expertise results, and after-sales support rather than simply saying “the price is low”. 物有所值,是從服務(wù)、細(xì)節(jié)、專業(yè)、結(jié)果、售后支持等方面考慮,而不是簡(jiǎn)單的說“價(jià)格低”。 9.The market is competitive, l believe no any supplier sells same Quality product the price is cheaper than others. 市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)這么激烈,我相信同等質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品沒有供應(yīng)商報(bào)價(jià)比我們低。 04 當(dāng)客戶說再考慮一下 外貿(mào)小白: No problem, you can take some time to consider it. I'm waiting for your message. 沒問題,你可以考慮下,等您的消息。 外貿(mào)高手: 10.I totally understand your concerns. When it comes to selecting products, it's important to be caution and deliberate as you are. 我完全能夠理解您的顧慮,我認(rèn)為選擇產(chǎn)品應(yīng)該和您一樣謹(jǐn)慎。 11.That's the kind of thing I would do too. We've just helped a client with a similar need, happy to share the experience. 05 當(dāng)客戶遲遲不下單 外貿(mào)小白: Excuse me, are you still planning to purchase wigs? 打擾一下,請(qǐng)問您還要采購假發(fā)嗎? 外貿(mào)高手: 12.I haven't heard back from you since last follow-up. I have to assume there might be some issues on our business relationship. Please let me know if l can be of any help. 上次跟進(jìn)后便沒有收到你的回復(fù),我猜想我們合作上可能出現(xiàn)什么問題了。請(qǐng)告知我這邊需要做些什么。 13.Don't you want the product you asked before? Our company has a discount for new customers who place an order for the first time. 您之前詢問過的產(chǎn)品不需要了嗎? 我們公司針對(duì)初//次下訂單的新客戶有折//扣//優(yōu)//惠。 06 當(dāng)客戶說已經(jīng)有供應(yīng)商了 外貿(mào)小白: Sorry to bother you. 抱歉,打擾您了。 外貿(mào)高手: 15.I know your current have a good supplier for xxx. We are also good in china, you can regard us as a plan-Bsuppliers, and now ... ,if you have problem with your current suppliers, you can try to consider us. 我知道您目前有一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的供應(yīng)商。我們?cè)谥袊?guó)也非常不錯(cuò),您可以把我們作為備選,目前…如果您的現(xiàn)有供應(yīng)商出現(xiàn)問題,您可以考慮我們。 16.Many companies now have many alternative suppliers toimprove their company's ability to resist risks. 現(xiàn)在很多公司都有備選供應(yīng)商,來加強(qiáng)公司應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)的能力。 07 當(dāng)老客戶許久沒再下單 外貿(mào)小白: Sorry to bother you.
